Why is this blog named “Beyond Konspiracy”? Here’s the background story. I was pretty stressed out late September 2006. September turned out to be a pretty rough month for my business, and also I had not been really taking any day off for some time. Combination of these two stressed me out greatly, and I had to take a break. So, I decided to take it easy in the first week of October. I started checking out free videos (Google Video, YouTube, etc.) for fun and I started reading odd websites. I also started looking into conspiracies out of curiosity. My goodness, … there are so many … pretty crazy websites. The French Connection is a pretty good one; I believe that the website claims that it is non-partisan, but if I have to pick one, then the website in on the left side of the spectrum. There are, of course, intrigueing websites on the right side (or end) of the spectrum as well, and Shelley The Republican is one of my favorite ones; Spinach Attack article gave me a good laugh. As a matter of fact, this article almost made me laugh to death. It’s weird, but reading all these conspiracies made me feel so much better and I said to myself “My god, I’m pretty normal. You know, I’m pretty sane, healthy and not that crazy.” I found peace beyond conspiracies. Shortly after this revelation, I thought to myself, “You know, why don’t I just set up a blog for fun? It’ll be a place for me to find peace.” This revelation led me to set up this blog, “Beyond Konspiracy”. You might ask why I named this blog “Beyond Konspiracy” instead of “Beyond Conspiracy”. The thing is that BeyondConspiracy.com was taken already, so I had to pick something else. I still wanted to pick a similar name and also make it sound cool, so I just picked “Beyond Konspiracy”.
